Unbelievably the seller accepted our offer even though he had a higher offer on the table. We were amazed and so grateful we were able to purchase this beautiful home! This would not have happened without the thoughtful care and attention that Melissa gave us! She is amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home!
