Moving back to North Carolina after building careers and a life in Phoenix had been a dream of ours for years, but making it happen was incredibly difficult. She was relentless about protecting our interests and communicating with everyone involved. One vendor even commented that after hearing Melissa advocate for us, she would want Melissa as her own realtor. That says so much about her. Buying a home from across the country while selling our existing home, changing jobs, moving our family, and saying goodbye to a life we loved was stressful. Melissa's expertise, patience, communication, negotiation skills, and determination made it possible. I truly cannot imagine having done it with anyone else. And her care didn't stop at closing. She continued checking in and helping us settle into our new community. We didn't just find an exceptional realtor.
